KDPsych Academy is committed to providing the highest quality exam preparation for psychiatry trainees. We want you to feel confident in your purchase — this policy sets out clearly when and how refunds apply.
All KDPsych Academy subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content, including question banks, mock exams, video lessons, and study notes. Because access to this content is granted instantly upon purchase, the following terms apply.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided that you have accessed fewer than 10% of the question bank content in your chosen paper. This threshold exists because our content constitutes the core value of the product, and significant use prior to a refund request is not consistent with a genuine dissatisfaction claim.

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the purchase date, or once more than 10% of the question bank has been accessed — whichever occurs first. This applies to all subscription tiers, including MRCPsych Paper A, Paper B, Arab Board, and Egyptian Board packages.
We will issue a full refund regardless of the above limits in the following circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error.
- Your account experienced a verified technical fault that prevented access to the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
- You purchased the wrong product and have not yet accessed the content — contact us within 48 hours and we will either correct the subscription or issue a refund.
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Subscriptions where the 7-day window has passed.
- Access to more than 10% of the question bank content.
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as non-refundable at the time of checkout.
